Really a good customer service from Mr Zion
I have been to this branch 3 times, trying to close my deceased mom account. I had an appt for 2pm, they claimed i did not have an appt and made me wait 45 minutes. The mgr Cynthia Thomas finally closed my account at 3:10pm. And now they will send a check. This branch suck and they have very poor customer service!!!
The people that work here are so unprofessional and they lie to your face! The staff are rude and lazy! They told me I need an appointment to open a bank account which isn’t true. They always mishandle my money! That’s why I closed my bank account with them to begin with! The wait time here is distasteful.
