Very disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch. The service is consistently slow, and it’s common to wait 30–40 minutes just to reach a cashier. The staff often seem disorganized, and we’ve experienced errors with transactions that should have been handled correctly the first time. There is a separate line designated for business account holders, but many times there is no one available to assist business clients.
