Really a good customer service from Mr Zion
I have been to this branch 3 times, trying to close my deceased mom account. I had an appt for 2pm, they claimed i did not have an appt and made me wait 45 minutes. The mgr Cynthia Thomas finally closed my account at 3:10pm. And now they will send a check. This branch suck and they have very poor customer service!!!
