I'm fixing to switch Banks because every time I come to this location you can't even go through the ATM because it's never working correctly. I guess I'll go to Wells Fargo
My hubby and I have banked with BoA for twenty years. We have never had a problem with them. Their online services are top notch. The fraud detection is phenomenal. Two times they have caught hinky activity. They always reversed the charges and I never had to pay.
Stop by today; my second visit inside and my last. No notary at a bank ?? Also they refused to deposit checks written to me into my LLC account. I have been doing it for 10 years! Also always under staff. Went to UPS and had notary done down street where they had many staff there. At BOA you are just a number to them.
