Mike was really helpful and friendly when he assisted my Spanish-speaking mother, who isn't very tech-savvy. It was especially considerate of him to speak to her in Spanish, which made her feel more comfortable.

Unacceptable Experience at Bank of America – Enterprise Rd Branch Today, I was called in from the parking lot to assist my daughter inside the Bank of America branch on Enterprise Rd, expecting a simple, in-and-out service. Unfortunately, what unfolded was an unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional experience. Ignored for pizza, treated like a criminal over a $100 cashier’s check. The worst banking experience of my life. If I could give this Bank of America branch zero stars, I would.
