Don’t be fooled by poor reviews concerning this branch. Yes, sometimes the lines are slow to move given the staffing, but I’ve been banking here for over 10 years and have always received professional and courteous service. The branch manager, Martha Pena, is outstanding - very helpful and friendly.Â
Lazy people with poor customer service. On top of that they open 9-4 pm. Only retired folks can go to the bank during that time.Â
I went to use the ATM and it kept 1,220.00 dollars of mine but charged my account. This was over a week ago. All they have to do is audit the machine and check the cameras. They are a horrible bank and I regret opening accounts with them.Â
I’ve been coming here for 2 years and I’ve always had a good experience. I know multiple people there, and they remember me as well. Thank you for always being helpful!Â
No one answers the phone! Could not recommend this place to anyone.Â
