I was told I needed ID to make a cash deposit to my parent's account. I had a deposit slip with their names and account number printed in the slip. Why would I need to show ID? The teller said they could accept a money order, but not cash. Not CASH? The legal tender of the U.S. Government? Ridiculous. My parents will be switching to a new bank in the near future.
Great bank with some nice and helpful peoples working there
Horrible experience with this branch. I needed to have a check from an insurance claim endorsed by the Bank. The so-called manager, nor the other "platform" staff had any idea on how to help me. Instead they let me sit and tried to hard sell me all kinds of products. After I finally lost my patience and felt literally like a prisoner, I asked for my check back. I proceeded to figure it out on my own. I will not only not open any accounts with this bank, I am going to refinance my mortgage WITH ANOTHER BANK!! What an embarras... read more
