Kayla ( Relationship Banker) did a great job processing the close out of my deceased mother's checking and savings account. She gathered all the necessary documents and faxed them to BOA life event dept. I waited for the authorization and she completed the appropriate state tax forms . I then was able to collect my mothers inheritance . My mother was a BOA Preferred Honors customer for many years. Yes, the service at the Lakewood Branch is still very important
The ATM maybe works twice a week . Don’t bother banking here.
