I happen to have 6 live accounts with BOA. 2 business and 4personal as well as their credit card. I'll never come to this branch again. First, they don't open till 10 AM. I had an appointment from 10 - 11. I received a confirmation call at 9:45 and confirmed I was en route. ETA 10:05. Arrived at 10:03. The manager did say hello, and they'd be with me shortly.
