Paul Garcia of the Bridge Ave branch of boa is possibly the most helpful person I have ever encountered working at a bank. His helpful and patient demeanor were a great comfort to me. It is refreshing to see such genuine care for helping people. He is a credit to your organization.
Can't ever use these ATM , they are always out of order , then you drive 30 minutes to the next one , and guess what. Out of order again!!! Used to be a great bank. Now you can't even find one locally, and if you do, you pray you can use the ATM lol
