Ridiculous bank nothing but problems there and with Bank of America in general. I went in several weeks ago to draw a large amount of money from my account to purchase a vehicle for my son. Upon doing so the teller was extremely rude and unprofessional, she began interrogating me about why I was taking out so much cash I advised her to purchase a vehicle (purchase was made from a family friend I’ve known for over 20 which I had to explain to her which was ridiculous in itself) she then began to lecture me about scams and tha... read more

Bank of America is by far one of the most friendly, courteous, and supportive banks in the Pt. PLEASANT area. Nadia, one of the relationship bankers, was very knowledgeable and explained a complicated set of banking processes/ regulations in an easy to understand layman's terms. Consequently, because of Nadia, we were able to complete our banking business with a minimum of efforts and a successful outcome. Thank you both Bank of America and Nadia.
