Bank of America stole $6,719.08 from my small business. I didn’t even get a call from merchant services. Do not bank here and do not use their small business services. We will slowly be finding another bank to work with. These are photos of the customer with the flooring that we sold him on his trailer. He took the flooring that we sold him and Bank of America still went into our business account and took the money that the customer had paid.
Bank of America stole almost $7,000 from my small business. I couldn’t even get a call from merchant services. Do not bank here and do not use their small business services. We will slowly be finding another bank to work with.
Location states they close at 4pm, but locked their doors early on 3/20 leaving it impossible to do our needed banking. HORRIBLE business hours with being open from 10-4 already, then close early? Come on people... quit being lazy.
