Normally, this is a pretty good bank but today the service was absolutely terrible. It’s the day after Presidents’ Day and there was only two employees, one teller, and one banking manager. I was the second one in line and waited. 35 minutes. I went to the lobby sat down and a lady came out took my information what my question was. She comes out with a bank statement. Sidenote, I have full access to my banking account. I had to ask about a refund that was showing on Friday, but not showing today. I had to explain this on the... read more

Drive through ATM took my debit card. Had to sit 3 hours till bank opened so I could get cash out from branch. Then have to wait 3-5 days for a new card. Straight Bullshit and waste of my time
