Drive through ATM took my debit card. Had to sit 3 hours till bank opened so I could get cash out from branch. Then have to wait 3-5 days for a new card. Straight Bullshit and waste of my time

Bank of America stole $6,719.08 from my small business. I didn’t even get a call from merchant services. Do not bank here and do not use their small business services. We will slowly be finding another bank to work with. These are photos of the customer with the flooring that we sold him on his trailer. He took the flooring that we sold him and Bank of America still went into our business account and took the money that the customer had paid.
