Even one star is too much. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and disorganized. On top of that, they seem to make up their own rules—something you would never expect from any bank.No new clients

Samantha was absolutely amazing! She made it so easy to open my new account and explained everything clearly. She was so soft spoken, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to get customer service this good,she definitely deserves a raise!
These people do not answer the phone...I've been calling for 2 hour straight and there ignoring incoming calls...I hope these girls get addressed immediately
