I was so pleased with the experience that I have had a Bank of America with Sam Capelli. She is so good at her job. I went to the Bank on a Saturday morning thinking oh God I don’t wanna be here. This is gonna take forever. It’s gonna be frustrating like I’ve experienced in other banks before. I have to tell you, Sam Capelli was so great ,so on point , and extremely efficient.
