Samantha was amazing to work with, and this branch was nothing but kind and patient to answer all my questions! Very pleased to start growing my new business with them!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, had to wait for a bank statement (guy with the teller next to wanted the same thing and was out in 3 minutes flat) so I waited for 15 minutes while they “figured out” how to work a printer… and guess what? They didn’t even print me out my statement! They printed out a “transaction history”… whatever that is. Just bite the bullet and go to another branch if you need to go inside, this location is run by incompetent and lazy employees who only care about when their lun... read more
The worst customer service, they make no effort to solve any problem and do not seek to help the customer. I had an appointment on January 18 2025 to open a bank account, but no effort was made to open an account for me. Instead, I was told that I could open a bank account online by myself. This branch so bad , I wish give them zero star.
My fiance and I came in to open an account and Samantha helped us. Not only was she super friendly and helpful, but she went above and beyond looking into my fiancé’s account as well. She also made some phone calls for us which saved us much time!! 10/10 recommend meeting with her! Thanks again Samantha we’ll be back!
One of the greatest branches i visited in New Jersey staff very helpful n cordial. I wana acknowledge Samantha Capelli for going above n beyond through the years I got to know her in several branches.
