Not realizing the branch closes at 4:00, I went to the branch yesterday at 4:30 to make a deposit for a family member. I stopped by today at 2:25 today to make the deposit and there was nobody available to make a deposit for me! She said 'he' would be back in 15 minutes. I had an appointment at 3:00 so there was no way I could wait. I don't understand how any bank doesn't have someone available who can process a deposit!
