They stopped opening on Saturday, of which they only opened a few hours. And their drive thru is never working. I come in on a Saturday and there’s a line 10 people long using one atm to get their money.
Every time I try to use an ATM at the branch, one or both always seem to have an issue. Not sure why that's the case, but it's very annoying. The branch should add another drive-up ATM since the space is there. Maybe that would help solve the problem?
Very limited hours and the ATMs, both drive through and walk up, are very often out of service.
I had a fantastic experience at this Bank of America branch! The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. I left feeling confident about my banking decisions and appreciated their friendly service.
