ATM never worksĀ
I visited this branch with a friend for a scheduled early-morning appointment to open an account. Karl was friendly at first and confirmed our documents were in order, but midway through he abruptly froze the process and refused to complete our application, forcing us to leave without an account. A different branch later opened our account without any extra paperwork and corrected the errors made here. This unprofessional, biased behavior wasted our time. Please address Karlās conduct and improve customer service.Ā
Came here to open bank account. The banker Karl Piwonski was very friendly at first. He checked the required documents, made sure everything was good, started opening bank accounts, but then suddenly he stopped the process and asked me to bring additional documents though he didnāt request it in the beginning. I had to postpone all my important meetings that morning and in the end I got nothing.
