I've always been treated well and in a timely manner. The employees have been helpful and given me advice that was very much appreciate. This is only one of two locations that I would rate a five star. I've been with BOA for over 20 years and have been to a lot of locations. Btw, this is a bank, not a restaurant or gas station. Public restrooms are optional. Most smaller clothing stores don't have public restrooms, either. Additionally, if you have been with a bank for 20 years and can only voice one complaint, I'm impressed... read more
