I've been using BOA for many years. The local staff is friendly & helpful. However, anytime you need to call it's miserable to get routed. With today's AI solutions, you'd think they could create a better call in experience to sort out human words instead of trying to route incorrect cues because the system demands an invalid choice. I dont normally yell at computers, but with BOA I do.
Staff in this branch are not interested in addressing or attending their customers timely providing normal banking services like wiring.
I went the other day to set up a joint account with my husband. I met this banker Andrea and she was so funny and sweet . I usually hate going to the bank because sometime they forget we don't have finacial lingo like they do and she kept to where I can understand and even interested in applying for home loan.
