The service at oak park, the bank of america.It was absolutely amazing! The financial center manager was absolutely truly amazing, she guided me and helped me so much. I am truly pleased thank you, Trayshundra.
Customer service is a O. The lady at the desk had a bad attitude.
Horrible customer service and lines. Always have to wait 30 minutes or more. If you are new in town...find somewhere else to bank if you value your time.
Closed the doors at 3pm instead of 4pm. I knock on the door and all the employees (saddened me to say all African Americans heads down, no acknowledgement and continued with their tasks at hand. Small town mindset and poor customer service.
I had a great experience at this bank. Trayshundra was very helpful and had great customer service. She opened the door for me and greeted me at the door and help me with any questions that I had. I’m so happy to have her in this community. I have never had a great experience with this bank until now
