I had a great experience at this bank. Trayshundra was very helpful and had great customer service. She opened the door for me and greeted me at the door and help me with any questions that I had. I’m so happy to have her in this community. I have never had a great experience with this bank until now
I was in the branch at 3:50 pm. One employee was helping a customer with an extremely complicated set of transactions. The other employee went in the back to file papers. (I could see her). After 4 pm, she offered to help me - since I was still waiting- and then said the service I wanted was only available until 4 pm. Since I was there before 4pm, I couldn’t understand why she couldn’t help me. Worse experience just close all of them!!!!
It is difficult for me to get to the lobby during business hours due to my work schedule. However, I arrived today inside the last hour of business. The teller was very helpful and friendly and attended to all my banking needs.
