Notice their canned reply to bad reviews here??? Just terrible. After all the years of using different financial institutions I should know better than to expect good customer service here. My credit union is night and day better than this.
I have been with Bank of America for the past 37 years and had the worst customer service and witnessed the most incompetent staff including teller and supervisor at this branch.
