I understand why they review so low. I was in for the first time, they guy behind the counter looks like a robot. He asked me for an ID, and give a lecture of what is an ID!!. Like I was a child and I didn't know what an ID is. Never comeback to this location.
Add an appointment for today at 1 o'clock. To speak to a banker, there was 4 employees behind the counter. Wait 15 minutes. Nobody approached me to let me know how long or what was going on. So I left and I tried to call the branch phone went straight to the recording, saying that they are all busy. The branch didn't have 1 person in it. Very bad customer service.
