Clean facility with helpful staff and plenty of parking. I wish they would open on Saturdays like they used to.

The worst bank, the worst people, the least helpful systems. If you want a bank that is a glorified prepaid debit card this one will still mess up some how. The oroville office is only open as minimally as possible which you might think doesnt matter until you have an isse at 3:30 pm and they already closed...
