The worst bank, the worst people, the least helpful systems. If you want a bank that is a glorified prepaid debit card this one will still mess up some how. The oroville office is only open as minimally as possible which you might think doesnt matter until you have an isse at 3:30 pm and they already closed...
I dont want to complaint but I must complaint as I'm not happy. The older Mexican lady that work at our bank, tried to give me a ripped $1 bill that also has some words on it as I went to my bank today. Are you guys allowed to give ripped bills to customers?? It was unprofessional. Besodes, she was kind of rude to every time I go there like she kind of rushing me even though I didn't even insert my debit card. She didn't give me a chance to do it first. It was a bad experience.
