I dont want to complaint but I must complaint as I'm not happy. The older Mexican lady that work at our bank, tried to give me a ripped $1 bill that also has some words on it as I went to my bank today. Are you guys allowed to give ripped bills to customers?? It was unprofessional. Besodes, she was kind of rude to every time I go there like she kind of rushing me even though I didn't even insert my debit card. She didn't give me a chance to do it first. It was a bad experience.Â
Bank of America has terrible phone service. They need to hire more people to answer the phones and help customers when problems arise and need to be resolved.Â
I really like this place. The workers are respectful and they are great at helping you solve your issues. Definitely neat and quiet and overall great customer service.Â
By far the shittiest bank in Oroville I haven't even had my account a full 24 hours and can't use my money that I put on the digital wallet to pay online bills because their system can't doesn't function correctlyÂ
