Terrible bank! Unless you like to wait forever! Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes with one car ahead! Back out of drive thru and looking for a new bank!

I was overdrawn by $16 for a few hours until my direct deposit went into my account. They did not warn or notify me and would not remove the overdraft fee despite 27 years as a loyal customer.
Nikki is the best teller ever. I lost my atm card and drivers license and was still able to cash my check because she remembered me. Great customer service.
Pretty sure crack comes out of the ATM. There's always a huge line!
