Why don't they fire Michael? He's an enemy of the bank!
Do not go to this branch of Bank of America, it is run by very arrogant manager Michael, I was making a deposit with a teller and after asking her to adjust the amount being deposited, he , with a smirk on his face, told that he is going to report me and told me that I can take my money away. Extremely unprofessional customer service from 2 employees. One is named Michael. When making a deposit we asked to adjust the amount deposited. Instead of doing it as any bank would do, he threatened my husband with reporting. And he refused service to me as well. I have been banking with Bank of America for years and we are leaving it now. Disappointing to deal with a representative such as Michael.
The Jefferson Branch has been terrible since Leslie, a simpleton, took over as manager. I've had accounts here for 46-years until BofA took over Lake Hopatcong. There was an excellent woman named Hara. Leslie let Elliana, a very nasty person, run the branch to the ground. I'll be meeting with the new branch manager today. I haven't set foot in tjis bank for 2-years.
