I'd like to thank Daria at this particular B of A branch for providing me with a great customer experience. I went in with an urgent, somewhat unusual request involving bank statements. She was a tremendous help. I appreciated her working with me the way she did.
Just had a wonderful experience with Robert at this location. Welcoming, professional, quick and knowledgeable. Such a change from many other customer facing representatives these days. I left the bank saying "wow, that was unexpectedly easy, friendly and professional." Thought it would be worth writing a review because those experiences don't happen as often we'd like these days.
