Friendly staff and quick service. Came here for a withdrawal and a statement letter, in and out in a few minutes with minimal wait time.
I visited this location and I got treated like a homeless just for having crocs on, the girl wasn't helpful at all,mind you I been with bank of america for most 3 years, I have visited other locations and they dont care how I dress they are always polite. Came in here because I needed information on how to build my credit since I just turned 18 and I am planning on opening a business in the future, the girl didn't wanna transfer me to the business representative because I didn't have my business registered as a LLC but still... read more

Worst service at this branch with Jessica. Was not helpful whatsoever. Such an inconvenience and a hassle, to go back and forth. Then the darn bank closes at 4 so won’t make it back in time. Should stay open till 6 at least like other banks.
I am getting disappointed more and more with BoA. Cannot believe you do not have 200 EURO in the bank. Are you all business oriented nowadays? To get that 7.45$ shipping fee? Like damn seriously? Are you trying to become more rich with my 8$? Just cannot believe :). Also what is interesting, when I came first to US, - I was able to walk-in into the bank at any time of a day or night. But today you cannot. So much trust. I wish you Houston all well. But it seems it is getting worse and worse.
