Buena Atencion
Worst service at this branch with Jessica. Was not helpful whatsoever. Such an inconvenience and a hassle, to go back and forth. Then the darn bank closes at 4 so won’t make it back in time. Should stay open till 6 at least like other banks.
I am getting disappointed more and more with BoA. Cannot believe you do not have 200 EURO in the bank. Are you all business oriented nowadays? To get that 7.45$ shipping fee? Like damn seriously? Are you trying to become more rich with my 8$? Just cannot believe :). Also what is interesting, when I came first to US, - I was able to walk-in into the bank at any time of a day or night. But today you cannot. So much trust. I wish you Houston all well. But it seems it is getting worse and worse.

What happened to customer service? I went in the branch to have a car title notarized. The branch agent said they could not do it. I went next door to Wells Fargo and they were happy to help. Next step is to close out my BofA accounts!
