Calling for my elderly friend and could never get a hold of anyone.
Young guy working in the business line with the strawberry blonde hair on 11/15/25, was not customer friendly. Basically threw my ID and deposit receipt and no have a good day, thank you or anything. Got the feeling I was inconveniencing him! SMH, do better and teach your tellers how to be customer friendly TO ALL CUSTOMERS!

Jamás... fui el dia de ayer lunes 3 de noviembre del 2025 como a las 3:30 pm y las encargada ( hablo con una trabajadora) por que casi no hablo inglés por un problema con un cheque que tengo le comente lo que tenia, y no fue para revisar el por que pasaba oh algo no nada solo respondió que en la noche se solucionaría y le dije pues desde el viernes lo deposite ... bueno ya es mas de media noche y no se soluciono , obviamente no iba a pasar ... si no quieren trabajar para que están trabajando ahi?... read more
