First off they come off very rude, didn't do everything possible to try to help me out, extremely long lines, not enough employees to help everybody. I felt very not cared about and just tried to send me to another location
Very hard for this branch to pick up phone even if is early am 9-10 or 2 2:30 pm or sometimes other times..Where is customer svc?
No issues with my bank.
