Worst service ever, staff are super ineffective and don't know how to use a simple computer went there for a simple verification of account and they couldn't get there computer to work, ended up spending 2+ hours and getting nothing done due to there incompetence. Maryanne Burt was super unprofessional and didn't care about helping she just sat there clicking the same button and she was so inexperienced that she called bank of America support and still couldn't follow there directions. Love the Bank of America in niantic! Staff is always very friendly, and the covering manager Hannah was amazing!
Every time I go in to make a payment on my Master Card I am asked for identification. It's become a real PITA to have to dig it out and show the teller because I'm giving the bank cash. A simple remedy for this would be for the bank to photograph the ID and record it on my account. Another bank that I deal with does this and as soon as my account is accessed my ID appears to the teller. Evidently no one at the bank has thought of doing this to make it a little more convenient for the customers.
These people are impossible to deal with. No local phone number. 800 number bounces you around to 4 or 5 "specialists" and then no one can help you. Try to schedule a call/appt on line and no times available for 14 days. I have no idea why someone would choose to do business with this bank.
Bank of America is a huge disappointment. It lacks the ability to sever people in a timely manner. One teller on Saturday, line out the door. I watched over and over the approach with customers and it’s awful. As a whole it’s gotten too big and too greedy. Take better care of your customers!
