I went in clueless about the differences between Roth IRA / 401k & Gavin Wall explained it perfectly and helped me setup an account with Bank of America. Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews for this place.

This is a dinky branch with only one teller. There is only one ATM frequently with a line of cars using it.
Lines are too long , No drive up anymore..
