This is the worst branch in America. They know that it's Monday, and there are a lot of people coming in on Mondays, and they only have one person on the cashier. And if you want to deposit a little cash, you have to wait in line for at least two hours. After that, if you go to the ATM and both ATMs are not working.
Called several times trying to reach the branch manager Eddie Cardozo. He never answered or called back. Poor customer service at this location.
I had a good experience with this location. My problems was resolved by Alex. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars.
