This Bank of America is terrible, I don't recommend it. I deposited a check into my account two weeks ago, and every time I go to the bank they tell me a specific day, they never give it to me. Two weeks have passed, and now they're telling me three more days. If they gave me an option to sue, I would, because it's affecting me so much. My rent is behind, and my bills are going up. I've already filed complaints, but they don't give me any solutions. It's $10,000 that I worked for all month, and they won't give it to me.

As a Bank of America preferred client I was treated with nothing but laziness and disrespect. Most truly don’t want to even type a memo for you in a cashier check I went to the bank twice with my id in his hand I asked for my address to be placed on the memo the address on the ID he is holding but he still put the wrong address on the check. Very poor and just horrible service every single time I step in this establishment. Avoid it there are many banks around.

We had a great experience today with Antonio Méndez at the bank. He was very professional, kind, and attentive during the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, and he made the entire experience quick and stress-free for me and my husband. We truly appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. We left the bank feeling very satisfied, happy, and confident with the help we received. Thank you, Antonio, for making everything so easy and pleasant!
