As a Bank of America preferred client I was treated with nothing but laziness and disrespect. Most truly don’t want to even type a memo for you in a cashier check I went to the bank twice with my id in his hand I asked for my address to be placed on the memo the address on the ID he is holding but he still put the wrong address on the check. Very poor and just horrible service every single time I step in this establishment. Avoid it there are many banks around.
We had a great experience today with Antonio Méndez at the bank. He was very professional, kind, and attentive during the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, and he made the entire experience quick and stress-free for me and my husband. We truly appreciated his patience and excellent customer service.
