My husband just started his own company as of the first of the year and just wanted to add a "Doing Business As" to his personal checking account and was told that he could not do that. The Customer Service Rep said that "they no longer do that anymore". I did mine a few years back with no problems. So, now we had to go home, call and got it done after a long time on the phone. With the economy the way that it is and everybody going into self employment, why is this so difficult to do?
