While the staff is friendly for in person visits, it doesn't answer phone calls when you need to schedule more than typical teller service. Customers are routed online to schedule appointments. When you go online, the BoA scheduling site says that appointments cannot be scheduled on online at this branch...
Joe and Cynthia are truly amazing; they go above and beyond for their clients and treated my uncle with the utmost respect and care. Kudos to Bank of America for retaining such amazing workers.
Never open even if it says they are open. They seem to be acting shady these days . Im starting to not trust them.
