Worst worst worst bank ever! Horrible customer service. They no longer have a drive thru, so if you have your children in the car with you, they gotta go in too-better pray they aren’t sleeping!! Biggest inconvenience of a bank I’ve ever dealt with!
They never answer their phones. If you go there in person and go inside, they can never help you and tell you to call their 1-800 number. They seem to be only able to provide deposits and check cashing services and NOTHING ELSE!
It's bank of America so it's a bank so you kinda have to have one but these big bank now days are out of touch with the multiple different options for people today to gain financial literacy and freedom don't go to a big broken bank.
I banked with BOA for over 20 years and have five accounts with them. I went in to deposit a check into my business account today, and also to cash a measly 26-cent refund check from the IRS that was in my husband's name. His name is on the accounts, and he had signed the back of the check. The teller was sitting there pushing buttons on her computer, and then finally asked me if I was a customer with BOA! Really? I just handed you a BOA deposit slip with my company name, BOA logo, and routing/account numbers. It just ticked... read more
Worst customer service I've ever experienced.... completely wasted my time, over and over. After 17 years with Bank of America this branch made me close all my accounts. Trash
