I, personally, have had good experiences with this BoA branch. It's the cleanest and nicest one I've found in the St. Louis area. The tellers are always friendly and Drew is great for any specific account needs. They are bad about answering the phone but overall it's a good bank.
Is this banking institution still open? I have called several times on several different days and nobody ever answers the phone. I have legal business I need to take care of and I live quite a ways away and I need to know what documents I need to access an account that was left to me. I am hoping to get a reply to guide me in the right direction. This is a legal matter

This is a horrible bank. Terrible customer service. We wanted to take out a loan and we got no help at all; only tell you to call the national number. They never answer their phones. All the Google reviews are true. For 8 years people have been saying this is an issue, and BoA responds saying they sorry and appreciate the feedback. Apparently they don’t care at all because nothing has changed.
