Teller was great. Phone service on back of card is horrible. Had to drive to bank to update phone number and address after on hold for 4 hrs. Ridiculous
Justin, was terrific to work with opening our account, we moved from Tennessee and the transition for moving our account was seamless. Justin followed up with a phone call to see how Bank of America could help going forward ( This is usually un heard of from banks) very impressed. Friendly and courteous. 5 Stars Jere Wright

They run a skeleton crew regardless of the time of day , Monday- Friday and close at 4:00. Don’t plan on stopping if your on a time schedule because you will be 30 minutes or more late , even with simple transactions such as cashing a check
