They run a skeleton crew regardless of the time of day , Monday- Friday and close at 4:00. Don’t plan on stopping if your on a time schedule because you will be 30 minutes or more late , even with simple transactions such as cashing a check

don't ever go to this bank!! the incompetence is beyond a reasonable. after waiting an hour they said we can't help. nobody knows how to open an account. so i had to made an appointment with there specialist that was 2 hours long ...needless to say i had to call bank of American to fix it after he worked on it for 2 hours . wasted hours of my life i can never get back and cause a bunch of unneeded stress... worst bank experience of my life.
