I've never done a review before but the level of service that I just received last Thursday here was top tier. Let me start at the beginning. My father passed away last month. I do not live in Chicago. I was unaware of his last wishes or wills that he may have had in effect. I came to Chicago 2 weeks ago to bury my dad and to get things settled with his home and finances. They dont answer their phone, and because they dont answer or have any form of leaving a message, I couldnt secure funds from a casheir check written from them. The check was bad. I called other Bank of america branches, and the ones that did answer their phone wouldnt give out information from another branches. It would be a great place to start a bank. WOW Absolutely terribleÂ
I'm done with Bank of America the worst customer service they all Liars from the Bank Teller Branch Manger and the Customer Service and All the so call supervisor manager and a fraud department. I am done after 24 years of being with his bank. I deposit a check into my account last week now they're telling me the money from the check won't be available until the 16th of this month.
