I have been with BOA for 15 years, I was scammed and when I figured out I was on Oct 5 &6 of 2025, I went in for help, they opened claims under wrong category like I ordered a service and didn't receive but that's not what happened. Wanted two cashiers checks large amounts. I am 70yo had to stand at teller over 20 minutes. Two had to work on it. A si.ple matter. Then they goofed it up by taking from joint account and only listing one remitted. We were both there with valid ID s . Another time Jamaican women super ignored my friends question to her. I said immediately you are ignorant so then she de ided she better answer her question. No hospitality with...preferred clients for years.
