While I was there I had very possitive experience! You told me there in not any maintenace fee with a balance of $1500 . You just kept $12 for this propose! I want my $12 back, and close my account!
I came in to this branch for the first time this week and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Specifically when the branch manager overheard I was in a bind because I waited too long to order checks he interrupted and said it was not too late to do a rush order that day and made a call that got me my checks just in time! Thanks to all involved!
Long wait times, only one or 2 tellers. Lines out the door. They just remodelled. The area for transactions is almost 5 ft tall. How you soposed to sign anything. I am only 5 ft tall. They put the tellers 3 ft apart, no privacy for banker. It used to be about 10 ft. Bad design and use of space, No common sense. The staff is super nice.
Very pleasant.
