I needed to get something notarized for my business and was under a time restraint. My business B Of A branch has two notaries and they were with customers. I asked if I could wait to get my document notarized and was told no I had to make an appointment to come back later. I went to Truist my personal bank and was told they would gladly help. The turf valley branch of B of A isn’t that busy and can’t afford to alienate good customers. They are so big in mentality they have forgotten the little things like customer service.
I have both a business and personal account and have been using this location for a long time. The employees are always excellent and kind. Due to my nearby business, I occasionally visit late at night without an appointment, yet the staff consistently remains friendly and accommodating.
I wanted to open a new account, but saw all the negative reviews for this branch. Went through since i booked an appointment. I was delayed quite a bit, yet they accommodated the change, and i was greeted with smiles on entering. The whole account process was handled by Jainita, and she was very clear at explaining the available options to help me choose. The teller was very helpful and professional. The only issue was , the teller’s counter is located around a corner that’s not so obvious!
Came in to cash a check, had to wait in line where there was only one teller, waited for 10 minutes without anything happening and left. Unprofessional.
