One teller, horrible line, rude staff.
I don't understand the bad reviews. They were friendly and helpful with me. It's a bank and it's good at being a bank.
I needed to get something notarized for my business and was under a time restraint. My business B Of A branch has two notaries and they were with customers. I asked if I could wait to get my document notarized and was told no I had to make an appointment to come back later. I went to Truist my personal bank and was told they would gladly help. The turf valley branch of B of A isn’t that busy and can’t afford to alienate good customers. They are so big in mentality they have forgotten the little things like customer service.
