Patricia was excellent in helping me with Zelle transfer. She's given me great service on 2 other occasions too.
I will like to thank Patticia Fishback for her unwavering patience with my loan, for some reason I had to do it twice and it was a unnerving adventure however I went inside Bank of America and Ms Patricia literally helped me navigate through the process and gave me privacy at her desk to iron out the details with the representative...all awhile me eating her entire candy dish at every visit....my nerves...Sorry Patricia🫣...I promise I will replace them.... thank you again for awesome customer service.
