If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I came to this location for a scheduled appointment to set up a business bank account with Elizabeth M. Instead, I was accused of attempting to open a fictitious account, and she refused to contact the branch that referred me to her—despite them stating she was “the best.” I remained at this location for over 2.5 hours before a manager finally came out and told me I would not be allowed to open the account. Had an amazing experience at this location. Monica greeted me at the door and helped me through an issue I had in a very timely manner. She and the other employees were juggling dozens of customers on a Saturday morning but did an excellent job of balancing everyone's needs.
A Bank of America rep advised to roll my 401k into an IRA and assisted over the phone with the initial setup. When the check came in and I was advised to speak to Oscar Lucas Gutierrez, he seemed new to my specific transaction but sought the help of his his manager and I was able to complete the transaction.
No one greeted me at door there was a lady there..she looked at me and walk away never said hi please wait nothing. Not good for me I left. Completely awful
