I honestly don’t know where to start!! FIRST. On 04.07. 2025 someone withdrew money from my account on the amount of $143.00 and I made a claim on 05.10.2025 since I didn’t make that withdrawal. According to the agent, I had made that withdrawal and that was the final decision of the bank. I had to argue with the agent since I had NOT made that charge and then finally the agent open the claim again, took a second look and he/she agreed I had not made that transaction and my money was going to be reimbursed. Meeting elderly family member at bank lobby to have something notarized. They only have one notary. Receptionist at front desk said she was in with other customers and it could be 40 minutes. Thinking I've never seen any banking business take 40 mins; we waited. After 40 mins I asked if the lady knew she had additional customers waiting? I was informed, "Yes, she knows ... they're waiting on something to process thru the computer. It's slow today." Wow if you want a bank to take your money with fees go ahead and open an account! LOL this place is terrible, also they had like 2 people working 20 empty counters, very strange i guess they are going out of business or something? it took like 20 minutes just to find out that they are the worst place to bank with. 0/5 waste of time
