If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in with a simple question for how to add an external account to pay my installments on a new loan I have with them, and was met with the rudest staff. Instead of understanding how I was unable to add the account online, I was basically told “You just need to figure it out. Affy and everyone else at this branch are helpful, courteous and consummate professionals. Been banking with B of A for decades and this branch is one of the best for streamlined, efficient and reliable customer service.
Jisook Anderson is a wonderful advisor! She is knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly - and I have never felt more comfortable or taken care of in a bank. She reviewed account options and helped me fix a long standing issue with a Trust account, and I am very confident that the funds are in the best place for our needs.
