The worst BoA that I have ever visited. If you want to waste an hour in line - welcome here! 1 teller even though a line was 7+ people and when 2nd teller showed up, first one just disappeared. I spent 45min in line. There were disabled ppl in the line too…Â
I’ve been a cliente with Bank of America since 1997 After all this time I’m supposedly considered as a preferred customer witch I didn’t feel like it today Thanks to Rhonda Johnston the financial center Manager and Ariel Phillips they did a very poor job @ handling the situation with our concerns , nothing was clear or made sense about what we’ve been told .
