Genesis was so helpful and amazing, clearly went above and beyond helping me (even after 5 PM). My card had gotten blocked and customer care asked me to walk to a physical bank location. I went here a minute to closing with zero expectations and was pleasantly surprised! 10/10

I have been using this branch of BoA for about 6 months now and it is becoming my favorite branch in the city! The tellers and managers and so friendly and helpful! Today I went in to get some coins and both Samel and Genesis went above and beyond to help me! I needed to make an exchange and some banks wouldn’t do it but Samel and Genesis went into the back and were able to get what I needed! It’s employees like this that makes me happy to bank with BoA!

Imagine opening a new checking account, have it terminated in a few days the their closing department, reported as suspected fraud to Chex Systems and then being Blacklisted for 7 years from opening a checking account from nearly all the other banks. That’s what happened, I’m now in year 3 of 7 ban.

I’ve been a client at Bank of America for over 8 years. I came to make an appointment weeks ago with my husband so that he can open an account. I am currently 6 months pregnant and so I asked to use the bathroom and was rejected. I understand many places have their own policies, but this was just so cringy to me.
