I’ve been a client at Bank of America for over 8 years. I came to make an appointment weeks ago with my husband so that he can open an account. I am currently 6 months pregnant and so I asked to use the bathroom and was rejected. I understand many places have their own policies, but this was just so cringy to me.
Worst service. Closing my account of 20 years today.
I had an urgent situation where I needed to take a prospective client to lunch but had left my debit card in my car at the park and ride. With only 30 minutes to spare, Caitlin, a manager at Bank of America, went above and beyond to help. She quickly issued me a new debit card and was incredibly empathetic, calming my nerves in the process. Thanks to her efficiency and support, I was able to make it to the lunch on time—and even earned the client's business. Caitlin's professionalism and customer service were outstanding.
Excellent customer service from this branch, especially the manager Caitlin. She was so efficient and patient, answering all the questions from me and my mother effectively. Pleasant banking experience
