Had an unsettling telephone conversation with a mortgage specialist at the Trapelo Street Financial Center today regarding a potential HELOC application. The person I spoke with (name withheld) came across as rude and unprofessional. He seemed intent on showing he was smarter than the customer, which included making factually incorrect statements like "pricing on HELOCs is determined by the federal government". 5 starts to Ajaykumar. He has helped me for a few times. Always very nice and professional. Today I rushed into the bank without any appointment in a bad mood, because my ex-tenant refused to pay for wall damage she made and threatened me to return her full deposit.
