another +1 for this branch. As others have noted, Jill and her staff rock! We just went in there for some help with a business account yesterday and the level of service was easily above-and-beyond! Thanks to the entire team there.
I would give 0 if I could. The service is terrible. I would not recommend opening a bank account and invest at this bank.
I came to this branch to update my bank account details, and I was immediately attended by the manager, Jill, and assisted by a senior banker, Aung. The process was very smooth and quick. I highly recommend this branch and highly commend their customer service!
Today was the 4th consecutive time I've come to this branch and all 3 ATMs are out of order. This has been a constant issue for months. Time to switch banks.
