Had the pleasure of working with both Brandi and Veronica today at this branch. I have a BOA business account and they were able to pair me up with the right business banker Jose to help with my business banking needs. Great customer service from the two.Ā
This bank location needs to scan the ATM at the drive through immediately. Iāve been a BOA customer for over 20 years. I NEVER take my debit card outside of my house and have NEVER used it for purchases. I ONLY used credit cards for purchases since having a bad fraud experience years ago. Even if I need cash I go inside the bank to a person to withdraw, though that is even rare for me. In late November, I had an emergency after work that required me to stop to withdraw cash. The bank shut down my momās card with no notification or reason as to why. She never got a text message phone call nothing. When she went to this location to get the issue resolved the young lady behind the counter patronized my mom & told her that she will have to bring āas many forms of identification as possibleā such as drivers license passport green card exc. she is a legal resident in the state of FL & has been over the past 30 years. Why do you need her passport & green card to reactivate a debit card ? Thatās absurd....Ā read more
