I husband was able to go inside & get money from a card he got payed from jury duty. This is after we went to a stand alone Bank of America ATM which only gives you limited options to get the money and trying to transfer the funds to our own checking account which our bank could not even do.
The customer service reps are very knowledgeable patient and kind!
