Horrible; I come to the bank to deposit my check into atm. While depositing the check at the atm; the screen completely blanks out and keeps the check without depositing the money into my account. I immediately approach a representative to seek help but her lack of concern urgency, or care. Then proceed to tell me there is nothing she can do and no one in person to speak with or help retrieve check or at least some process to where funds are able to be retrieved.
