Trash service. Came in at 1PM to make a small change. Only one teller and banker working. The manager was sitting on her desk doing nothing we waited 2hrs and asked manager to take care of a few things and she said no. Manager name was Ginny. When we asked if she can assist she said banker had to do it and proceeded to sit back down on desk and not do any work. She lost 10 customers in the span of that 2hr that walked out. Went inside to make a deposit and had a great experience. The teller was very nice and able to assist me even though I was acting like it was my first time in a bank lol. I didn’t wait long in line and was in and out under 10 minutes!
It was nice 👌 I've noticed that over the years they have cut back on the staff that was once there. Because, the area there was outside was for the kids to get to know each other.
