The Bank us very clean. The tellers and bank personal are very friendly, helpful and professional.
I would’ve awarded those stars or negative stars if at all possible, rudest most condescending staff, I have ever experienced in my life. Please carve aside a minimum of one hour or more to get a teller to have you go sit in the lobby for another 20 minutes. Branch is overall, incompetent, disrespectful and lacks efficiency.
Shout out to Sabrina! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient during my visit. I also want to thank another staff (but I didn't get to ask her name) for her support today. The vibe here is incredibly positive. Everyone is willing and ready to assist customers even one hour before closing. That kind of dedication is rare and truly precious in today's world!
