I experienced some fraudulent activity on my card, which led to Bank of America closing it. I visited this branch to inquire with one of the tellers, an older Caucasian woman, if it would be possible to obtain a virtual wallet card, as my new physical card was expected to arrive by mail within seven to ten days. She informed me that this was not possible and that I would need to await the arrival of my new card. Luis at the branch was of great help today and he’s a great employee thanks to him for holding a great conversation as we waited for the fraud department to answer even though they took a while Luis helped the wait not be so bad
There's no line and everything went smoothly.
One teller on a busy Friday without any assistance is ridiculous and unacceptable.
Had to go into the lobby and I received great customer service!
