I was just in there and was seeking cash back with my capital one M/c and I was told no by the manager because it was not a boa card. Lies.
Appointment, received a call to come back but I have been waiting for over an hour. However, Luis Calvo is a great man.
There is no drive thru banking
12 years with this this bank.Had 56 unauthorized transactions at once against my account of 4.99,2.99 ect.. knowing it's fraud they say it was me and refused to reimburse.Needless to say I will be finding another bank.
