Came to cash a Bank of America check that was given to me. They wanted to charge me 8 dollars because I donāt have an account. I donāt have an account because I donāt like a the nickel and dime fees. Worst bank ever.Ā
I hesitated going to this particular location because of their poor reviews. Please ignore the negativity and give them a chance. My experience over the course of a few weeks was all good. The employees were welcoming and eager to help. Employee (Edgar Castillo Trevino) deserves recognition from his employer. He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. So often we only give negative responses to the service we receive, but honestly my experience was exceptional.Ā
