They were nice and professional but not much help.Â
Always great service, friendly staff ,especially jessael. Very professional ,they have notary public, there. Very knowledgeable.Â
Worst customer service in past 10 years with BoA , first 2 tellers Aldo and Amber were not helpful then spoke to Carlos Montanez who is supposedly manager but with his customer service skills I can see why branch is horrible passed on his leadership, will be closer all accounts business and personalÂ
DO NOT go to this location. (CRISTINA) one of the employee because of her disrespectful unprofessional attitude , I had to move over $86K to Chase Bank. And cancel my account from Bank of America after 11 years. She don’t like to help customers and she told me to take my business somewhere else because she’s lazy to do her job. DO NOT deal with Cristina.Â
