Had a Bank of America check and they “couldn’t cash it”. Left me with no help, terrible customer service. Do not bank with these people
Staff always professional. Good vibes. Love the team. They may want to look at outside. Debris unfortunately, makes a bad 1st impression. Lawn service or maintainence needs to check out.
Never one to do a review but I got the worst service today at the Brandon location by the branch manager Lentte she is so rude attitude beyond compare didn’t resolve my issue overall just nasty I had to report her but I’m also doing this. She needs to be fired. As a banker she didn’t even know number but had a lot of energy to get smart. And because of her I’m leaving banking of America. She is very unprofessional
I am surprised by the past not-so-good reviews for this location. I’ve been coming here for years and every time everyone is super nice, very patient and professional. Place is always nice and clean. Today especially I was there for almost 45 minutes and the teller, Leo was extremely patient and took care of all my business needs. Great bank!
