The woman who answers customer service calls at this location is rude, answers the call, does not let me talk and hangs up, and calls my number and does not answer me and calls another number and answers! More professionalism please. For a place as serious as a bank.
This is the 2nd time this week that I have had trouble cashing my checks at this branch, the 1st attempt was actually unsuccessful because of a system problem. Anna-Marie even had the nerve to get snooty because I mentioned the inconvenience! I worked all day and because I worked all day I arrived at the bank near closing. I rushed to get there! This is a wonderful branch for both personal and business banking. I’ve had many positive experiences there, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating.
Older blonde teller was very delightful and prompt. Lanette however has no patience with customers. Very rude and I'll mannered. She should really take a customer service course or refresher. Seems as though she was having a rough day. I told her I was sorry that she was having a bad day. Her body language and sighs that she gave off when attempting to assist me were very off putting. As long as she's at this location I DO NOT RECOMMEND
