I deposited a check to my checking account in Bank of America at the branch on Queens Blvd on 09/15/25. I had the receipt to show $6450 will be available on 09/17/25 at 5:00 p.m.. I also confirmed this information with the teller. I just checked my a/c on 09/18/25 and found out nothing is available. This place honestly has the best architecture and worst customer service. I need to get verified, and the people were rude, impatient, and brush me off with wrong information. Save your self time and go to other locations
