Employees were friendly and opening a bank account without appointment didn’t take much time (for classic bank/in person standards)
This place honestly has the best architecture and worst customer service. I need to get verified, and the people were rude, impatient, and brush me off with wrong information. Save your self time and go to other locations

Bad service from the lady at the main entrance. I tried to get a credit card, but she told me she couldn't help me anymore because it was late. They closed at 2:00, and I arrived at 1:20, and it wasn't even full. I can tell she wasn't in the mood to work.
