The worst!!!!!
I spent over a hour trying to get in contact with an employee with the location on Johnson Creek in Oregon. No one answered the phone and the automated phone system is trash. When I finally got in contact with someone they were on the opposite side of the country and were not able to answer my questions. The lack of ability to contact any bank employees is absurd. Leaving people to fight through a maze of BS automated phone trees is prime action to ensure no one will ever want to start a new relationship with this bank. Cons... read more
What is up with this branches' hours? Really? I might as well be banking with a fully on-line bank. Super slow service when you take time off of work to be there in person. Pathetic...
$4 atm fee. Suck it.
