Terrible customer service, i dont know her name, dakota or something but twice I went and get my money she said i cant because she is lazy , wanted to collect paychecks but dont want to work . Because of this i will close all my accounts and bring my money somewhere else where its value .

Made an APPOINTMENT for a service that I didn’t get after waiting almost 2 hours. I waited until after close. After blaming on the system or whatever else I was told sorry can you come back in 40 minutes so I did and then waited some more. Each appointment for someone is 30 minutes I had to wait for one person to be done for over 1 hour and after waiting almost 2 hours I left mad and didn’t get the service I needed. I spent over a hour trying to get in contact with an employee with the location on Johnson Creek in Oregon. No one answered the phone and the automated phone system is trash. When I finally got in contact with someone they were on the opposite side of the country and were not able to answer my questions. The lack of ability to contact any bank employees is absurd. Leaving people to fight through a maze of BS automated phone trees is prime action to ensure no one will ever want to start a new relationship with this bank. Cons... read more
