Incredibly poor customer service. I was met at the door by a " Door Lady" who was confrontational and intimidated me from the start. Even though the branch was empty, they refused to help me with my business account needs and told me to come back in a few hours. It felt like they were looking for a reason not to serve me. Save yourself the trouble and go to the 122nd Ave branch in Clackamas instead—they actually know how to treat people."

I had a great experience at Bank of America thanks to Maria El. She was very nice, outgoing, and extremely helpful. She took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and made the whole process easy. I really appreciate her help

This location is worst bank of america location . Staff has zero knowledge about banking. Dont go this location go to east port plaza.1 star is too much for them.

The reason I gave this bank branch 1 star is because on NUMEROUS occasions I have gone there to deposit cash from my renter's. . And EVERY SINGLE TIME- it does not matter what day or time- the atm states 'We cannot accept cash at this time' and the ONE TIME it was going to accept my cash, it took SO LONG for the mechanism to grab the cash, it was very windy out & my 100 dollar bills were flying all over the place! NICE. I am going to have to find a different bank period.
