Surprisingly helpful Bank, particularly the Employee assisting named Cheyenne. Made eye contact filed. She knew me from a previous branch. I was extremely surprised that she recalled fax, even though it had been between six months in a year since interacting with her at the previous branch, a few times only. This is exactly the kind of Employee. I appreciate as a business and personal customer. (no pictures to add I can’t draw stick fingers very well so you’ll have to take my word)

I went to this Bank of America branch without a prior appointment, intending to access my safe deposit box to retrieve some important documents. The female receptionist was seated at the entrance at the time. There were no other customers interacting with her or chatting with her at that moment. I explained that I needed to open my safe deposit box to retrieve my important documents; however, the receptionist told me that an appointment was required in advance to access it. I had an excellent experience at the Bank of America location in North Kingstown. The staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide great service. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly banking experience.
